Anfiled was excellent.The noise was unreal. Why cant the crowd do that every game? The difference it must make to the players.
 

My thoughts exactally, I don't know whether you were at the City game but I've never heard the crowd so quiet, and I was in the Kop for once.

Was up till 3 in the morning watching the match, and we were immense. Haven't seen a performance like that in a long while.

The fans were great...hearing YNWA blare out of the television...

I forgot to congratulate the reds at Anfield.I havent heard Anfield like that in a long time.All the supporters that were there should really be proud of themselves,when the atmosphere is like it was it defiantly acts as an extra player on the pitch.It really gave me goose bumps!

Took me grandson to school,dads in the playground patting ME on the back (i live in Epsom by the way )and they all want to see us stick it up the s.cum.Then got back home and first thing i saw on ssn??? RAFA felt so proud and pleased he belongs to us.Peeps I for one cannot imagine LFC without this GENIOUS.Get him signed into infinity FFS.

wonderful display by the Reds. Torres best game of the season by a street. my only slight annoyance is the yellow cards to Gerrard and Mascherano that may come back to haunt us.

What a Night An absolutley fantastic display of football. All the players were brilliant but i really thought Xabi Alonso was outstanding. And fair play to young Jay Spearing keep it up lad.

Well, Its the morning after the night before, and what a night, Got no voice left. Now in the true Liverpool way heads down again, theres even more glory for us on Saturday if we apply ourselves like last night! Immense, the only problem with playing so well is that you need to do it every week.

If it wasn't for Casillas it could quite easily been 7-0 to night, he ready did manage to wrestle them some semblance on dignity from what was an crushing defeat for them.
I have to say though it wasn't a pen! not in a mouth of Sundays. But the great man himself must have been looking down on us last night and beaming with pride.

That performance last night was a joy to behold. Gutted now I missed out on a ticket.
Another European team comes to Anfield and given a lesson in how to play the game and how to support.
The fans were on top form again and every player in red (Lucas and Dossena as well) deserve a huge pat on the back for the performance last night. Even Jay Spearing didn't look out of place. The real Ryan Babel finally stood up and showed what he is capable of.

JD i cant speak a word of spansih but i can still make out that there saying if not for Iker it would be 8-0 and Torres and Gerrard we're superb.
