Why was the Spurs, Chelsea game delayed?

I've tried to find out why Chelsea's game was delayed by 30 mins? I've read the paper this morning nothing i've checked bbc sport and there london news feed but nothing. I have my own theory that because the scum were playing at fulham they didn't want Chelsea fans coming out of pubs on the kings road at full time, but this is only a theory if anyone else has any ideas i'd like to know.

The only thing i heard yesterday was on sky sports news goal flashes, they said they found a "unattended package" at white hart lane which delayed the kick off. They made a big deal on match of the day about how chelsea would know the man u score at half time because the kick off was late but if they kicked off at the same time, they'd both have half time at the same time, so they'd know the man u score at HT anyway

I had a look at Chelsea's website and it said something about an unattended vehicle and they tried to find out whose it was because they suspected it to be dangerous.
