Today was a funny old day regarding the bookies. I was down the local shops (for local people) and as soon as Fulham scored their second goal, my phone started buzzing. And then there was a fella shouting down his phone in the street 'get 40 quid on LFC to win the leage right now!!'.

And then not long after, the odds changed.....

      Funny stuff.

Still a good few games to play yet though.

Yeah probably - then the pressure is on United to win their 30th game.

I would say it is worth getting a bet on the MIGHTY REDS before the Villa match as the odds will definitely shorten when we beat them.If anyone collects then Danny Murphy can expect a beer off them.

Wow that's insane... People are realizing who the superior team is I guess.

In all serious, Liverpool is playing its best football right now.

Just looked on Paddy Power and we are 11/4 (like Res said) but United are now 1/3. Their odds are beginning to lengthen.

Latest Premier League odds (Paddy Power):

      Man United: 1/3

      Liverpool: 11/4

      Chelsea: 16/1

      Arsenal: 150/1

Haven't Paddy Power, or another 'reputable' bookie, already paid out for United winning the league?

sh*t or bust for them. I'd laugh myself daft if they had to pay out on us aswell! ;)

i can see why now if you look at the remaining games. liverpools hardest to win v arsenal. chelsea have some real tough games. man utd have a few. plus a lot of bad karma is coming back to haunt them injuries even the refs are handing them red cards which seldom happen to liverpool. come on reds you can do it

I think they just paid out on them winning the quintuple. not the league on its own.

Yeah Paddy Power has jumped the gun again and paid out on Manure to win the league. "Serves them Right" Cant wait to see Stevie G lifting the premier league trophy and rub it in all the doubters faces. Cmon you mighty reds..
