I know what you mean, it's always a tense match against Chelsea in the semis. At least it's not the the deciding second leg. That's always twice as tense.

even taking onto consideration nasty sickness bugs, any spare tickets will be probably designated to our new scourge..... hospitality and trvel packages!!!

It just seems to me if you got sh*t loads of money you can always get tickets ,i was working on a house today i know the guy quite well and he only goes to anfield for the big games ,he told me this morning he was organising a trip to the chelsea game ,sure enough when i was leaving he got the call even had a choice of places in the ground ,how the fck do they get these tickets they are not in any schemes nor do they have fan cards,it sucks on times .

I just got my tickets then
Only single seats left in the kop so i had to go main stand, Block MF, took me about 15 minutes of redialling to get through, but got there in the end. The online sale won't let me through. It says due to high activity it is unavailable.
Anyway, made up i got through and good luck to anyone else trying to get tickets. If you can't get through on the phone line just keep trying and you'll get there eventually.

Started queueing at 6am this morning.

Got two tickets at 10.05am.  Nothing in the lower centenary.  Got two Block MW in the Main stand.

Reckon they are selling more corporates as it's a lot harder to get were you want than for the Madrid game.

I try to get kop tickets for every CL game now. You can see how it bounces at every european game, the atmosphere looks incredible.

I can't wait until I see my first CL game. Probably won't be for a while though. Found it impossible to get hold of them over the past three seasons.

Ridiculous isn't it. And i thought waiting 20 minutes was bad enough. Did anyone else have the same problem as me with the online sale?
I logged into my fancard account about 20 minutes before the sale, and then my pc froze so i restarted it and at about 20 past 8 i tried logging in again and it said unable to connect due to high activity on the site.
I was sitting there with the phone in one hand, pushing the redial button every few seconds, and the laptop on my knee refreshing the online sales page every other second. Paid off in the end.

If i were you, i would do postals, sent mine last week and was sorted by Monday morning. I know some people don't have bank accounts and chequebooks, but maybe they can get someone to do it for them, as long as you pay up front that is....

regarding the postal application, if you meet the criteria of having 4 cl home games on fancard does that mean your guranteed a ticket if you apply by post. does club inform you of your successfull application.

Not a guarantee nothing is, but it would save all the hassle of waiting ages on the phone lines if you can't get through, in the past i've used online and phone and it been a ball ache trying and waiting. This was the first time i used the postal system and i will deffo use again. My friend has used it for 4 champs league seasons now and never been knocked back.

If you apply via postal, you only get one chance.
If you go online or by phone you get to try as many times as it takes to get through

If you check on online the day before the tickets are due for sale and it doesn't appear, you haven't been successfu; in the postal, pretty easy, but it's up to you, it's just my preferential as getting them by phone or online is yours.

From what I've heard you didn't need four games, apparently a few have been on sale today to those with two or less!

Not heard that, nothings been announced by the club either from when ive been on the phones/net
