Found this info on a Warrington Wolves site
These are just some of the pubs around the Halliwell Jones: For JD
The pub right across the road from the stadium (opposite East Stand) is called the Red Lion...a friendly welcome for all travelling supporters..and the bonus that it is frequented prior to the game by Wolfette, WireWoman and myself.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next door to the Red Lion is the Lord Rodney, is always full before a game, not quite the atmosphere of the Lion, more room in there, but less screens to watch other sports on.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Railway Club is situated next to Central train station, just a 2 minute walk from the stadium. I've been in here a few times, it also gets busy on matchdays. It has an area at the front with tables and benches, which is an excellent place to be during the summer months. There is plenty of room inside aswell.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Original Wire is on the corner of Winwick Road and Winwick street, directly opposite the Jaguar garage. You will be able to see Evans house from the stadium, a tall, factory-like building, the Original Wire is on the left, just before Evans House. This pub is a no-frills Northern pub, it has seats and sells beer, which is exactly what RL fans want.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Kings Head is on Winwick Street and is basically across the road from Central station. Another no-frills pub that has seats and beer, aswell as a pool table.
Trains
Ten minute walk from the station or there is a taxi rank outside

Driving
The stadium is situated on the A49, just outside the town centre, adjacent to Tesco.
From the North and South:
Exit the M6 at Junction 22 and join the westbound M62 (Liverpool), exit the M62 at Junction 9 joining the A49 towards Warrington. Follow this road over the next 2 roundabouts and the stadium is on the right directly after Tesco. Car parking is available in various places along the A49, with regular bus services serving the stadium.
From the East and West: Leave the M62 at Junction 9 and follow directions as above.
***Be sure if you are coming from the East, to exit the M60 at Junction 12 and rejoin the M62***
Parking:
I can't guarentee any official parking here, make sure you read all signage on the way in. Assume you will have to pay for parking to avoid disappointment
Warrington Collegiate: First left after the second roundabout on the A49
Total Fitness: On the right after the Collegiate, opposite Halliwell Jones BMW
Alban Retail Park: Third exit on the second roundabout on the A49, then first right
Town Centre: The best car parks in town for the rugby are within 1 minute walk of the ground. Follow the signs for Central Train Station and there is a car park on the right side of the road just after the Lord Rodney roundabout, adjacent to the stadium. The new Golden Square Car Park is now open and currently has 800 spaces. Signs are posted on all major routes into the town centre
Under no circumstances will parking be allowed in the Tesco car park on matchdays.
