This week on "UFC Ultimate Fighter" is USA vs UK...I dont know how its set up. I am assuming its "Lose and go home" format. Looking forward to it.  I think the UK coach is Michael Bisping, he is a bad Motherfukcer.

Not really in to it myself.

Kicking in fights just seems a bit, erm, girly?

Not that I'd tell him that obviously.

Anyone see UFC 100?? Was pretty immense. GSP V Alvez, Lesnar v Mir and Henderson v Bisping all in the same night!! Best Fight card I've ever seen. Lesnar was a complete phsyco, showed bad sportsmanship but the reaction he got from the crowd was amazing it was like being a bad guy in WWE. And the way he pummeld Mir was insane. Also very gutted Bisping was completley KO'd by Henderson, was a horrifc finish!

That KO was one of the most brutal i've ever seen, up there with Rashad Evans's KO of Chuck Liddell earlier this year.

Henderson has apologised for the follow-up forearm to the mush though i think, he was sparked out and it was a heat of the moment thing.

Yeah that was pretty bad, it was obvious Bisping was finished the moment he went down. Anyone see Lesnar pummel Frank Mir? Wonder who'l step in to fight Brock next. He's an animal!

Nice bit of revenge for Brock that. I reckon it'll be Andrei Arlovski or Tim Silva next for Brock if they can sort a deal out.

Am not the biggest fan of UFC, just stick with the boxing one of my pals is a UFC fighter from Livingston he ok went to his last fight about 5 weeks now he taped in the first round and still got two black eyes and that's been 5 weeks now.

Am I right in thinking that Brock Lesener was a wwf wrestler ?

Correct, now he's the UFC heavyweight champion. He was an all american wrestler before wwf though.

This was the first of UFC i've seen, apart from Youtube highlights. Have to say, i loved it. It was good to see Brock Lesnar win and i liked the way he went about it. Reminded me of his WWE days.

"I might even get on top of my wife tonight" - Brock Lesnar  :lmao:

No need for the second shot though. Thought Henderson had more class than that.

Henderson said in an interview afterwards he did it because Bisping had been bad mouthing him in the run up to the fight and he wanted to shut him up.

I think the sledgehammer right hand did the shutting up part though. Brutal.

Its well documented that Bisping was a cocky little sh*t on the ultimate fighter series but I don't think Henderson should of gone as far as he did.

There is a rule in the UFC that you are not allowed to hit a fighter when he's out cold. Seems Dana has let this one slide because of British making the yanks look completely stupid on there own turf.

I think in the heat of it all too Henderson just didn't realise he'd completely sparked him out.

Fortunately the ref saw that he was KO'd.

Well it's the ref responsibility to come between them when one person gets knocked out and the ref never did that after the first punch only when he realized he was knocked out that was when Henderson was coming down. The guys will always fight until the ref come between them. Countless time when you see someone getting pounded with many hits to the head a lot of times the guy is knocked out yet the guy will continue to hit until the ref comes in, for these guy they simply can't turn it on or off like a light switch.
