Years and years ago a friend of my sister done me a mixtape full of old tunes. Somehow, in a hazy state, he must have thought putting this 'tune' on it was a brilliant idea. And it was!! Never fails to make me laugh.

Here's the old original by Tony Burrello - get onto the bird noise!! The Muppets version is better though.

Just downloaded and watched American Pie Presents: Book of Love.

Despite the not-so-good ratings it got on IMDB, I loved the movie. Makes for a good watch.

If you've got a spare 79p. I strongly suggest you download 'Outside' by Lowline on iTunes, especially if you're a fan of bands such as the Smiths, the Chameleons, the Editors etc. It's their latest single release. Other good songs by them are 'Sound of Music' and 'Monitors'. Really good band.

The first episode of some new American TV show - Spartacus: Blood and Sand.  Seems to be a mix between 300, Gladiator and Rome.

From the mixed reviews of it and the trailer there appears to be ALOT of violence and sex...should be interesting.
