Fergie hits back at Benitez

This morning on BBC Sport and other media Ferguson blames the semi final pitch.

He reckons it was so bad he fielded a young side to "protect" his senior players.

The Toffees had the same pitch or were they playing somewhere else?

Cant Rudolf ever just stand up and say that he was beaten by a better team?

 I thought Ferguson was very disrespectful to Moyes and the ref when he was delirious because he did not get a penalty.Also why did the men in the white coats want to take him away,his behaviour would appear to be abnormal to the average supporter but in his mind he probably thinks its normal. ( we know different. )

Talk of calling the kettle black Fungus nose, first you label Rafa for being disrespectful by saying Everton are a small club and then you play young kids against them, who's really the one who's being disrespectful Fungus nose... He's lucky considering that is is Wembley. What's his view if they were asked to play at countries where sports were not developed well like Congo or Laos maybe. The pitch there are horrendous but still their football team didn't not complained a thing about it. You play with passion dear Ferguscum no matter where you play.
Maradona didn't complained about the altitude when Argentina got the beaten heavily. Did we heard anything about the pitch from the great legend?Nope, instead he acknowleged that his side were 2nd best in that game. Well Fergie, that's a true gentleman. You should learn from Maradona about humility!

The sight of him flapping about like a chicken with the red beak in the air was a picture,as I've said before the longer the demented arl b***ard stays in the job the better.

I CANNOT wait to hear what Rafa has to say about all this!!!!!! He's definitely been the better 'mind gamer' this season - got right under old Rudolph's skin! LOVE IT!!!

Was a good read, nails Ferguson on the head for his years of so called "mind games" and hypocritical commenting on things that don't concern him.

Why??

Because he nails Benitez in the media for calling Everton a "small club" and then he does the same thing himself, but in an even worse fashion. He fields a team full of youth and unexperience in a major showpiece semi-final at Wembley, somehow I think that is much more disrespectful towards the blue sh*te than what Benitez accidentally and im sure unintentionally said!

Its nice to see the press crawling out from behind there sofas to have a go at big bad fergie. Its about time too. Can't imagine what Shanks would have made of him.I think the best way to get under his skin even more would be to win and play well against Arsenal on Tuesday.

Some of the manUre cranks actually think that Rudolf made the right selection for the Everton game and blame the pitch,the ref. the opposition the colour of the grass and any F***ing thing but the manager well all I can say is let the situation continue.

Lovely bit of decision-making by Rafa today to send Sammy Lee out to do the press conference and he end it with this little beauty:

"I'm surprised he didn't mention anything to me when we were sat having a drink after the game. No one mentioned anything, and I'm sure if anyone felt strongly about it they would have. But we'll move on."

It really frustrates me how the press hang on Fergies every word, giggle at every inuendo. However this time, the "mind games" were so poor, and so blatently choreographed between fergie and BIG sam that even they aren't taking much notice of it, and dare I say it, is coming in for a bit of criticism, of course if rafa had of said those things about rafa, he would be "ranting" again.

When he was told that Riley was a United supporter by reporters, Moyes had dodged the issue, saying:

And Ferguson now believes that could have been a factor in the 44-year-old referee's judgment. (!!!!!!!!!!)
