I saw on the daily mail website that liverpool are looking to buy henry and his agent says he would love to join the reds
People are already placing bets on him joining and him scoring against arsenal in the F.A cup if he joins in time!!!

Over the next few weeks we are going to be targeted by every paper, website and tv station with every top player going. Until they sign, let's not get too carried away.
In truth, we will not be signing any superstar players until the end of the season - no Henry, Torres etc this month.  End of matter. (would love to be proved wrong tho').

This all stemmed from Terry Henry saying that if he could play for any other English club it would have been Liverpool.

He signed a new contract after the Champions League final, came back from injury scored and set up two.  Would we sell Gerrard to United? Would United sell Rooney to Chelsea?  Would Arsenal sell Henry to us?  The answer's the same to all three questions.

Your right JD, it's all come from him stating his love playing AT Liverpool, hearing YNWA sang around the ground makes the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end - that's all.
If he was signing - don't you think it would be more front page headlines, rather than a small snippet on a rumour page from a Daily rag.
Once again, Henry will not be signing. - if you disagree, then place a bet - the odds are there for you and GOOD LUCK.

But anyway, this fella is class class class.
If we get the money I don't care about investing in a young player I think we should put all the money on the table and say - hey here's the offer... take it or leave it. Because there isn't another player that I would love playing in a red Liverpool shirt other than Thierry.
I know he's 29 but he's got about 8 more years left in him.

Doubt it would happen although he did say if he left Arsenal the only other premiership team he would play for would be Liverpool because of the fans.

What he actually said was that if he hadn't JOINED Arsenal he would've liked to have joined Liverpool. Too much water under the bridge now, Henry loves the Arsenal fans & wouldn't do that to them. I do think he's gonna leave in the summer, but not to an English club.

He obviously likes fans who dont make any sort of noise what so ever and Owen coming back isn't going to happen, hes half the player he was before he left. Probably end up retiring at bout 28 because of too many injuries
