      Do LFC do this?
      Apr 02, 2009 03:08:21 pm
Just got engaged last month  :-* ;D and was talking to another bride to be who mentioned that she got a letter from Arsenal signed by Wenger wishing her and her hubby to be the best of luck etc etc, she said she just wrote to the club saying how much of a fan he was blah blah and about a month later got a letter back (obv just a generic thing) signed by Wenger, I'd love to get one for my OH he'd be delighted with that and obviously I would too ;D! But just wondering if anyone knows if LFC do this sort of thing? ??? Thanks!  :)

Took me ma to Anfield for her 70th birthday. 7 years ago. I was in the Shankly suite. A few weeks before her birthday i rang the club and asked if I was to buy my ma a present from the shop could somebody come round before the game and wish her happy birthday and give her the prezzie. I was told by some snotty cow that Liverpool don't do this sort of thing. Upon opening the matchday programme, there were presentations for loads of different supporters clubs. (None from Liverpool) Don't hold your breath kid.

I wrote to Rafa a while ago when he first came to the club, telling him about my little brother birthday and he sent my brother a detailed letter wishing him happy birthday and so on. we still have it up on the wall.

Maybe you just gotta write and give it a go.

Just wondering, how did you write to Rafa in the first place? And if I were to want a nice letter with his signature on it would he write one for me and deliver all the way to Singapore?

I wouldn't bet against him doing that to be honest. He seems like a very good man does Rafa - does alot for charity, is good with the locals in Liverpool, what more do I need to say?

      Still, try it! ;D

I wrote to to Melwood and Anfield, just out of hope more than anything, not sure which letter he replied to though.

Just give it a go and you'll soon find out. Write to Anfield and Melwood and see what happens. You don't have anything to loose.

While I was at school I sent a letter to Gerard Houllier, he replied back to the letter. Thanking for the support and wishes. It was a official letter...

I think it just depends on the managers tbh

No, but you have the internet regardless of whether you send an e-mail or not, so it's no extra cost...  ;D
