I got a decibel measurer for my phone and recorded it at over 100 decibels.

Thing is, now I'm waiting for the council to ring me back 'within an hour' and then they won't come out for at least another hour, which means the cu*ts will be home by then. I don't know why I waste my time.

Seems like the cu*ts have arrived home now. So no more barking. Which means they get away with it yet again after it's barked for hours non-stop. And which also means the council think I'm making it up.

Why can't the owner just let the dog sleep indoors, whats the point of having a pet if its going to stay in garden for most of its life, the poor dog probably feels neglected as you have already said, i feel for you Gow, however the dog must feel so alone and this owner deserves a good punch in the face if you ask me.

Yeah, and to top it off, some bellend negged me for questioning Gerrard's performance. I daren't mention it in the User Ratings thread though as you're not allowed to. Typical of the council, they rang the moment the game finished. So they must have been sitting off watching the game. They're not f***in interested.

I honestly feel sorry for you so much, it seems you have tried everything, if my dog had to sleep outside it would most likely cry and bark just like your neighbors because it  was brought up in the house and dogs do not like change.

No problem mate, you should not have to put up with this, nor should the poor dog reading this thread again has actually hit a nerve since i have a dog of my own now and if it felt like your neighbors dog seems to i would literally be in tears.

Funny enough, the horrible bas**rds who live next door to me have two dogs and they've started barking and howling all day and night.

Good job I go to sleep with my iPod on when I'm staying on my own, or I'd have been aggrieved by now.
