Wireless headphones help

I'm looking to buy some wireless headphones, never had them before so i was wondering if anyone has any experience to help me out a bit

I usually go to Sony for all my electronic stuff because they make top quality stuff at really reasonable prices so i looked on amazon and found these:

£33.88 sounds pretty reasonable to me but before i buy them i wanted some extra advice.

Anyone know about any good quality headphones that would be a better buy than these (considering price)

Also I'm a tad concerned at this: Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months.
Quite a lengthy delivery time

Here's the closest price comparing sennheisers:

Sennheiser RS110 RF Wireless Headphone

They're £40.95 which is easily worth paying if they're better headphones.
But they only get a 3.5 star rating and the sonys have a 4 star rating from more customer reviews.

Does anyone know about compatibility? Will they work with my laptop and TV and what if I'm using both simultaneously
