Barcelona weren’t fantastic and Man Utd didn’t have an off day,

Yes, Man Utd would have to have turned up first.

as Van der Sar conceded, the Red Devils never got any momentum going and ultimately slipped to a tame defeat, with a lack of possession of the ball.

"It was a disappointing evening," said the veteran Dutchman.

"We had a good 10 minutes at the start but after that it changed a little bit.

And as for Ronaldo, he felt that  Manchester United's tactics were 'not good' during the club's 2-0 defeat by Barcelona in the final of the UEFA Champions League.  8) ::) ;D

Giggs: "I think if we had gone a goal ahead, we're capable of keeping the ball like they are.

Richard Keys is a pro Manc isn't he?

I remember watching a show here called First Edition where Keys talks about the stories on the British newspaper. There was one article with the headline "We are the people's champion, not you"-Messi.

Keys said something like"Suit yourself son, you can become the peoples champion as long as we win it in Rome we are happy"! He continued to add that the whole of England will be backing the Mancs!! Well, really? ::)

Barcelona gave Utd a masterclass, i've no words to describe how good Iniesta, Xavi and Messi, it shows this Utd team is highly overrated, ya they can score late goals against average premiership teams but when it comes to the top teams they get shown up.

If Utd were in our side of the draw they wouldn't have being in the final. Eamon Dunphy said last night Liverpool could have beaten Barc last night especially with Mascherano closing down in midfield. For once I tend to agree with him, I'd have fancied us in the final against them.

That's what we call a premature ejaculation display from the Ferguscum boys! Totally outclassed by the Catalans! Barca played with ease and fun to watch while the scums were like an elementary school football club!

Rooney- No doubt had his mind on his pregnant wife as he wondered who the father was, well it cant be him(allegedly) as he can’t seem to finish anything off! Seriously the lad has never turned up when it matters in the big games, it’s all right tormenting Bolton but try doing it against the big guns eh!

Glenbuck you had me in stitches mate.   :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Same goes for Old Red with his running over the flag.  :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Heaps of quality posts in here. Made my day even better than it was....been awake since half-time, haven't wiped the smile off my face once. Plenty of manc cu*ts keeping very low profile today. I'll make sure that continues for the next 2 months at least  :lmao:

Thankyou Barca for making the summer a bit more bearable and thanks for keeping the trophy warm for us till next season.  ;)

Oh Yeah...sucked in you Manc cu*ts.

One of the friendly Man U supporters at work who asked me if I was watching the match has booked today off for the victory parade.

Can't wait for tomorrow to ask him how it went. >:D

Manchester United Vs Barcelona 2009 Rome. Champions League Dream Final of Decade.

Yes Dream Final f the decade for Barcelona where the scums never turned up and the most one sided final of all times. Oh .... ho ..... ho, the scums will be long remembered for that. How embarassing and how sweet.

But it was still a dream final for us to see manc scum got played by not a 100% fit and full Barca squad. I meant Henry and Iniesta were both still not 100% fit and they got no Abidal and Alves to start. Manc on the other hand got handful to choose from...truly they were a crap team not capable to beat a not so formidable team like Barca.

Wow what a slap!! OK, lemme explain, how hard is it to digest (for sums and Fergie most precisely) that the Young Barca manager made the "great" Ferguson bend down in regards to footballing tactics   :soccer_h4h: Its high time to take a break Ferg-us'ed' on  :smack:

No problem, I thought it deserved it's own thread, as this one was meant to be just about the final itself.
