Monday to Friday i have Red Grapes and Fresh Orange - So Rock n Roll.

Saturday and Sunday calls for Sausages, Bacon (Smoked) Black Pud, Egg, Hard Brown, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Scrambled Egg, Beans & Fried Toast.

Or if im feeling cheeky i create this masterpeice...

Get 1 peice of bread, fold it (without creasing) rip out a circle.  Fry it. before the egg is cooked then cut a slice of Spam and plonk it on.  Turn it over and do the same.  Toast on either side.

      So it goes...

      Toast
      Spam
      Egg/tost
      Spam
      Toast

I call it the Slinnderella - my second names Slinn - and if i have it, im always asleep by 12 :O)

I'm boring at breakfast time, I usually have a piece of fruit, weetabix/Special K/Bitesize Shredded Wheat or sometimes I might have a crumpet or some toast, depends what mood I'm in.

At the weekends though I usually have something different, often I'm up to late to have brekkie so have brunch instead, and one of my favourites is poached eggs on toast or scrambled eggs.......yummy.

Wouldn't eat leftovers the folowing morning, usually because there wouldn't be any  :lmao:

Cereal all the way, I don't like the bland stuff though.

      Frosties, Coco Pops etc etc.

Occasionally when there's nothing in I'll have toast and sometimes I'll have some sort of croissant, or that other thing, what's it called, pan au chocolat or something.

Full English is just superb though.

Cereal and biscuits, and the most important of all, a large mug of piping hot coffee. All in front of LFC Reds more often than not! :D

As for left overs, I've eaten cold pizza from the night before for brekkie, does that count?

Cereals but lots of time I miss out on the 'most important meal of the day' cause I most often get late and have to hurry up so that I don't have time for breakfast..  :( but I always keep something in my bag to have on my way.. like biscuits and chocolate or an apple!

I don't like having a heavy breakfast, but when I do have time to eat breakfast I usually just have a nice bowl of cereal or a cup of tea/coffee. Or toast sometimes.

Toast toppers are quite nice, quick and easy too.

Used to be toast or cornflakes for me through the week with a nice cup of chaa. But I've started having porridge with mixed dried fruits and nuts lately. It's AMAZING how you don't get hungry until well past lunchtime.

Weekends means a bacon butty. With Daddies brown sauce. Reckon I might have a poached egg with me bacon tomorrow though. Slurp!

If I have anything it will be toast.

Always a cup of coffee though.

The missus is on this cracking diet where you can have as much eggs, bacon, beans as you want so the weekend breakfasts are much improved.
