On a usual day at least two slices of toast, nice cuppa and maybe some cereal. Loving those new Crunchy Nut Clusters, they're beautiful.
If I can be bothered in my tired state I might go for a fry up, though I have an easier alternative that fills you up brilliantly. Just fry up some bacon, cook a bit of scrambled egg and then whack a (cut in half) bagel in the greasy pan you used for your bacon, fry it for a little bit (like fried bread) then put the bacon in, scrambled egg on top and you've got a bacon and egg bagel. Sauce is optional, ketchup or brown sauce is good but if you want to really branch out go for some L&P.
and thats the end of artaylors breakfast cooking, tune in next week for more tips
