Is there any truth to the story doing the rounds that Mourinho is the star attraction and will be LIVE AT THE APOLLO next week.

He'd have them rolling about Billy, he comes out with some right ole sh*t but you can't help but laugh yourself silly.

Won those 9 titles with a big transfer kitty is no world class manager. I find him to be the most childish manager and self-praise to no end. Disgusting, His words and actions will probably give the opposition managers greater motivation to beat him on the pitch. I think he is a dead man walking from his tone and he knew that, not a matter of will he or will he not be sacked, it is a matter of when.

Think it was Oliver Holt who said yes we respect his achievements as a football manager but not as a man. That has to be damaging to his authority players are simply tired of his constant trickery and false words.

      https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2018/09/03/jose-mourinho-dismisses-job-concerns-jokes-would-cost-man-utd/

We knew this. We said this.

We knew the Board would support him after the Spuds 0-3 demolition because at the end of the day its all down to the Glazer's shekels.

Now they are between a rock and a hard place.

It would have cost them £30 million ....minimum .... to pay off his contract to 2020.

So either way they are fu**ed.

Just also read Nanny Woodward has just paid Spanish prosecutors £1.8 million  to pay off Mourinho's tax fraud case.
He owed € 3.3 millions euros.
Plea bargain no jail and his arse wiped for him by Utd.

      Couldn't make it up.

Jose Mourinho has dismissed concerns his job at Manchester United is under threat and  suggested it would cost the club too much to sack him anyway.

Mourinho eased the pressure mounting on his shoulders with an impressive 2-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Sunday, when the manager put on a striking united front after weeks spent complaining about on and off field issues.

Successive defeats to Brighton and Tottenham had intensified the spotlight on Mourinho and his strained relationship with some players and the club’s executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward.

But Mourinho laughed off suggestions his position was “shaky” when quizzed about his future by reporters from Italian publications, La Repubblica and Gazzetta dello Sport, in the aftermath of the Burnley win.

Mourinho was also reported to have joked that the hefty compensation bill United would have to foot if they elected to dismiss him might act as a deterrent.

The Portuguese is understood to earn up to £15 million a year at Old Trafford and would be entitled to substantial pay-off of at least 12 months’ salary under the terms of his current contract, which expires in June 2020.

“They say I’m in danger but I don’t think it,” said Mourinho, who formerly managed Inter Milan.

“If they send me away, do you have any idea how much money they would have to give me? Ah ah.”

Although Mourinho and Woodward have not seen eye to eye over transfers this summer, with the manager particularly frustrated the club vetoed a move for a centre-half, Mourinho offered his public support to Woodward after a plane was flown over Turf Moor trailing a banner that described United’s executive vice-chairman as “a specialist in failure”.

He was also able to make a joke of the situation when light-heartedly asked if he was the man who had paid for the protest.
“No… but I could have!” Mourinho apparently replied in jest.

Mourinho had earlier fielded two questions from the Italian journalists about Juventus, with whom United have been drawn in the Champions League group stage, and Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined the Turin club for £90 million in the summer and who the United manager said was “never on my table” as a summer transfer target.

Nemanja Matic has credited Mourinho with helping to deflect pressure from the players by making sure the spotlight is firmly on him with defiant boasts about his managerial record

Asked if he liked to hear the manager talking himself up and whether it helped take the pressure off the squad, the midfielder said: “Of course. He knows what he is doing, for sure. You probably know that also. It’s good for us. He is one of the best managers in the world, you know what he won in his career so that shows you everything.”

“I think he is dealing very well with the pressure. That is why he is here in Manchester United. I don’t see any difference. He was very confident before the game against Burnley and he prepared the game in a very good way.”

the chants will be going from "you're getting sacked in the morning" to "your supposed to be in jail" why do rich people feel the need to cheat the Tax man and in doing so just mock the men and women who don't get the chance to as the Tax man gets first dibs on the pay packet.
Just another example of Maureen's respect campaign being total bullshit

Mourino gets one year suspended jail sentence .

Breaking pm today 4/9/18  with the €  exact numbers.

Manchester United manager José Mourinho has reached a deal with the Spanish state on a one-year suspended sentence in a long-running tax fraud case, Spain's El Mundo newspaper reports.

The Portuguese national was also fined about €2m (£1.8m; $2.3m), it says.

He was accused of owing nearly €3.3m in undeclared image rights revenue for 2011 and 2012, when he was Real Madrid manager.

Mr Mourinho said earlier he had paid all the taxes he owed.

He is not expected to serve any time in jail because Spanish law states that a sentence of under two years for a first offence can be served on probation, according to Reuters news agency.

Why are Spanish football stars in legal trouble?

The BBC has contacted Mr Mourinho's representatives for comment.

Spanish authorities launched the image rights case against Mr Mourinho in June last year.

His representatives, Gestifute Media, said at the time that he had paid more than €26m in tax at an average rate of more than 41% while living in Spain from 2010 to 2013.

In 2015, Gestifute said, he accepted a settlement agreement regarding previous years.

What about the back handers his favourite agent has been giving him.
      Pogba's true cost?
      Agents Fees on that deal?
      Mourinho's cut ?

      F***ing crook.

Mourinho joked in a Spanish newspaper that he has no fears about losing his job because it would ''cost the club a fortune'' to sack him.

      Ain't that the truth.

In many European countries you make your tax declarations yourself, and if you don't pay up, you end up as he, and others in Spain have. It's not automatically deducted from your gross salary before you receive it.

Think one thing we can all agree on is that we all hate Mourinho.....slightly off topic: needs some help from fellow reds fans. Doing some research as part of my masters dissertation on the influence of commercial relationships on fan attitudes & behaviour. If you have 5 spare minutes, please help me out and fill out the following questionnaire. Would be very grateful!!
