Under Ferguson, United always adapted to changes in football, yet always maintained an attacking philosophy.
It crazy to see them rotate through a succession of managers who are at the opposite end of that spectrum,
finally landing on the furthest end of it, with Mourinho.

If you wanted to pick a manager who was most at odds with how United played it would be Mourinho.
Absolute madness. Shows a fear of failure inside United that instead of going for a younger manager who suited them

Maureen should feature in a re-run of back to the future because his style and tactics are so out of date playing big lumps of players when mobile quick and smart players are the way Football has gone.
