As a proud Irishman, I have to say you can't beat a pint of the black stuff.

Guinness all the way for me!

It just tastes like orange peel to me. And it gives you a f**ker of a headache the next day if you drink too much of it. Been a Carling man for years, but liking this Becks Vier...

      :lmao: an orange peel?

I don't like Carling, it's hard to explain why though... a bit 'thin' if you get me?

Yes, if he runs out of beer, he starts on anything else that he can find. He's a monster!  ;)

Good job for you I've got loads of Becks Vier then innit? ;)

Seriously though, Bud has this orangey underlying/after taste that just doesn't sit right. And Carling is not thin! Once you get onto your tenth can it's not thin at all ;)

That San Miguel on tap from The Liffe was boss.

      I think.

You know, wouldn't say I really had a favourite. Carlsberg's a bit too gassy though.  I quite like all that Eastern European stuff bottled you can get from the supermarket.  But it aint as cheap as a 50p can of Fosters.

Carling just tastes like watered-down piss. Never been a fan of it.

I quite like that Sol stuff.

When I was in Europe I drank a lot of Heineken.

Corona is not that bad at all but its pretty light compared to what we get down here.

At home I enjoy a few Hahn's, Crown Lager or Pure Blonde.

Hmm not a big fan of the 1664 Ayrton.

Had a bad experience with it on a pub crawl in Paris I downed a few consecutively out of a schooner glass and they were warm as piss. Makes my stomach churrn when I think of it again.

Don't blame the beer, blame whoever was serving it to you warm. Yuck.

      :-X

The best is to get it from the supermarket in those big, chunky 750ml bottles and chill them at home.

      Lovely!  :food-smiley-005:
