The British Lions drew with the All Blacks 15-15 and drew the 3 test series,so well done to the Lions.

      Superb series that.

Feels like a bit of an anti-climax though.

I think it was a fair result  and the Lions deserve full credit.

      Here we go!

      6 Nations time again.

Scotland being humped so far by Wales.

Referee has given a free kick for a squint feed into a scrum, that was very interesting as feeds have been squint for YEARS without refs picking up on it. Could be a story to watch this year.

Definitely would have been a different game should it have been given. Good to see a tight game, Wales played very well the last 15-20 minutes.

Downward pressure on the ball - tick

Hence should have been a try.

I know it does make me laugh.

      Gauging each other's eyes
      Stamping on each other
      Spear tackles
Kneeing  each other when they do that hugging bit

But it's ok cause they call the ref sir

Oh I don't know, a beautiful flowing break away attack in rugby is also a thing of absolute beauty in my opinion.

Yes because having respect for the officials is just stupid isn't it!!  In fact I can't think of any other game where the refs get as little respect as football, genuinely I can't think of a single one. Beautiful game my arse, its full of cheats these days and managers and pundits who applaud the cheating, it's fu**ed. I still watch it though ;-)

Only one beautiful game as you say. Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Zidane, Pele, Messi. And then there are the coaches - Rinus Michels, Arrigo Saachi, Jürgen KLOPP! Rugby's too one dimensional to be revolutionised in the way some of those men did to football.

That said rugby has thrown up some pretty great sporting moments in past - Japan beating South Africa a couple of years back was pretty great. And the 6 Nations is uber competitive and makes for a great spectacle. And the stadiums are GREAT! I would say the fans are great...but then I remember that f**king Swing Low chant by England fans! And f**k those fans who call football 'wendyball' and sneer at a Luis Suarez bite and all the 'scummery' it shows in football while lapping up a game where you can't get by one week where you hear of an incident of eye gouging or kneeing someone in the face. But most are privately educated gentlemen so what's seen as thuggery at a lower level is seen as passion at a higher level. A bit like when drug taking is abuse amongst the working classes but 'experimentation' amongst the higher classes. Oh and if there is one thing worse than a referee in football, it's a referee in rugby who regardless of the match, will be some dwarf with an extreme case of small man's syndrome. What a little sh*t he is!!

So yeah, I'm a bit torn on rugby to be honest.

Yeh went for a couple jars with the missus and it was on.

Turns out the men in blue who put their heads between each other’s legs beat the men in white who do it.......

That said - I’m always happy to see Scotland prosper and if Ireland benefit it’s even better.

Me? I just watched the reds goals again that my son sent me on the twatter 😜
