from what I gather the new stadium will be 55000 but I'm sure that when the original planning came out it was 65000 but they reduced it so houllier who was manager at the time could have a bigger transfer kitty to waste, I just hope they go back to the origanal plan as more seats will keep more fans happy its not like we wont fill it (apart from carling cup games)
but maybe we should go bigger! how big I think on weekends we could easily fill 70000 prob not mid week
