      Music - Guilty Pleasures
      Jun 10, 2009 12:07:34 pm
Come on, what are yours?  ;D

For me, Girls Aloud! I haven't got a clue why, their songs are just ridiculously catchy.

Also why the hell do I really like this Veronicas song at the moment...

I think it's because he ripped off Phil Collins when he did those songs:

      Easy Lllover
      You Can't Hurry Lllove
and, of course, Against Alllllllllll Odds

      Blatant plagiarism IMO.

Well, seeing as you had the bollocks to come out with that, I'll creep out of the woodwrok on Girls Aloud too (not literally, that would just be weird).

I love Westlife's version for Uptown Girl, always did, but for years I couldnt admit it and if it was playing on MTV and there was someone else in the room, I would change the channel and say "argh, boy bands".

But no! I'm a grown up man now :P Its really good and I need to admit it! :D

I'd have to go with Westlife. Those lads have good voices, it has got to be said.
Oh, and McFly. No matter what people think of them, they're a rather talented band. Catchy songs too, but definite guilty pleasure! :D

I keep seeing an advert for a Lily Allen concert that's on Bio next Wednesday and I reckon I'm going to watch it.

      The music is jazzy.

And I'm raging for her. I never thought she was nice before. Must just be her chunky legs and flat chest on the advert. She's a winner.

Lily Allen is a good shout, her songs really do make me sing along! (how depressing)

Another one for me would be Robbie Williams. His songs are crap, but they really are catchy! (Just like to point out I'm not gay at this stage)

And the first person to admit to the Jonas Brothers needs banning. Someone is bound to mention them!

I can't believe I'm saying this. That Justin Bieber song is stuck in my head. I can't make out whether it's a guilty pleasure or whether it's just catchy. I hope the latter.
