Had some beautiful cooked ham, potato wedges and eggs for tea. And according to the missus on the weightwatchers diet or something that meal is 'free'.
Lost 8lbs in a week now.
I've been putting on a bit of weight as I haven't been working. Kids tire me out too much to take exercise (excuses, excuses!), and I have trouble seeing the point of getting in a routine when I won't have time to carry it on when I work again. :
When you start work again it'll drop off. How long you got 'til you go back?
Once I get back in the routine it'll disappear quickly enough, just sick of these new wobbly bits. :

All's I'm doing (as you can probably tell by my posts in here) is eat Bran Flakes, a variety of fish and some vegetables. Clean dishes, and repeat.
Same here minus the bran flakes - have porridge and add fruit and nuts to it, instead. And a constant plethora of fruit. Today, I chopped some kiwi fruit, melon, pineapple up and added some green and red grapes in a bowl for after I came back from the gym. Not to mention my daily apples, bananas, pineapple and oranges for when I have my dinner at work. Love it!
