I couldn't eat that much fruit either....I usually have about 2 pieces a day, a banana, grapes RED....
an apple or a tangerine, and sometimes a nice glass of fresh orange, I keep threatening to get myself a smoothie.....maybe for my birthday, I might treat myself.
I usually have a salad for my lunch and have vegetables for dinner.
So I'd like to think I'm getting my five a day.....Kenny I reckon your having about '10' a day
RedKenny, have you seen that advert for fish that you cook in a bag, it looks lovely, salmon in like a sauce....Birds Eye I think it was, might have a look in Tesco's tomorrow.
