What are your Best sports games ever.

2 questions first what is your fave sports computer game ever.... why, is it realistic or just fun

second question is............... What game have you spent most time on in your life, my answers will be interesting as I'm old

The games these day are now so realistic it is amazing and with the revolution of controller change things are going to a higher level now, possibilities are endless, and them fat playstation kids could become fit, if they get addicted to jumping around in virtual environments. Is gaming more important than music now, its certainly more profitable.
I could go on all day about this.

Well the game I have played most and found it to be the most fun due to the fact me and my mates had the best tournaments ever has to be Virtua Striker 2 on the Dreamcast.

You played in Day or Night depending on the time in real life, The graphics were unbelievable and they were sponsoring Adidas so all boots were Adidas.

One of my favourites was Blades of Steel on my NES. Quality game that!

And International Soccer on the Commodore 64 - the plug-in cartridge game that went in the back. Get onto this...

Two beauties, I've loved both of them and played them to death. I loved all the special players in Speedball 2, when you got them all your team was just hard as nails and you could crush everybody!

Others I loved were Kick Off 2 and Sensible Soccer.

Hahaha Liverpool Club Football, looking back, it was shocking really wasn't it.

I remember I made a striker called El Fakiri just so that the commentators could say his name. I have no idea why I went for that one out of around 100 options though ! Scored literally 65 goals in one season so I'm not complaining. Maybe the game was just too easy.

Fifa 99 for me - loved that game. Loved the way that by using the R2 button you could absolute rip a whole team apart and be through on goal before you knew it.

Going back further Fifa 97, which I owned on PC was great. One infuriating thing about it though, sometimes when playing indoor it had this glitch where if you hit the cross bar everybody on the pitch would stand still and it would end up going through your own keeper's legs as an own goal. It was funny though.

Brian Lara Cricket for PS1 was also class. Also I have to say the very first Smackdown game on PS1 simply because it was the first Playstation game I ever owned and because of how much I loved wrestling at the time.

Looking more recently, football games are always the best in my opinion, Fifa 09 is mint.

Anybody played a good skiing game, grand national too was good, you had to bash the keys but preserve the horses energy, and even jump the fences.
there was a cracking baseball game i used ot play, cant remember the naem of it though.
