      The Medical Thread
      Jun 19, 2009 07:46:58 pm
Any aches, pains or illnesses post them in here and hopefully some of the nice members of the forum can offer advice. Others will no doubt just try and be funny won't they Gow ;)

Anyway, I've got a bit of a runny nose, feels like the start of the flu  :( what's best to sort it out?

Well, DLS, seeing as I'm a bloody medical librarian I won't poke any fun! Go to www.evidence.nhs.uk if you want to find out what's wrong with you. It's the new portal brought about by the recommendations from the Darzi Review of the NHS.

      See, I didn't make any jokes, did I? ;)

And get plenty of rest lad - put your trotters up.

Nah you heard wrong mate, that wasn't for Alder Hay. It was for the vacant job at Goodison Park, apparently that fella got the job an all.
