Fair doos, they're not for everybody.

The best songs I've heard so far are 'Papillion' and 'Eat Raw Meat=Blood Drool' which I've posted on the first page.

I think you're right about the release date in October mate.

It may be the first single that is being released in September.

A possibility could be that the first single is heard/released - 21st September and the album is released 12th October.

It's not as if I'm going to have to wait that long before hearing it though. Sometimes bands put the whole album up on Myspace etc for a week to promote it don't they. If not I wouldn't be suprised if it was leaked a few weeks before it is due for release, if not earlier.

      Seems much more clear now.

Looks like it's 57 days, 5 hours to go.

So yeah, I think the album is 12 October.

I've found a live demo. Not too bad quality. Sounds very synth based. I'll send it you if you're interested mate?

      The tracklisting of it is:

      1. Bricks and Mortar
      2. Papillon
      3. The Big Exit
      4. Eat Raw Meat = Blood Drool
      5. Acceptable In The 80s (cover)

I must say it does sound similar to Joy Division.

Thanks a lot mate, but I've already heard them all. Plus I don't really want to listen to them that much anymore as I don't want to spoil things when the album actually comes out.

Fair do's mate. I'll probably wait until the album is out until I give them a proper listen too.

Does doesn't it mate, although admittedly I've only heard it with mediocre quality on YouTube. Can't wait to hear the actual produced songs.

Ross I think by now you've learnt that my taste in music is pretty sound and along the same lines as yours so you won't be shocked to realize i love Editors. Munich, An End Has A Start and Blood are my favourites.

      Nice one mate!

Out of interest, do you prefer TBR or AEHAS?

It is indeed tough although I'd lean towards AEHAS I think.

I just love 'When Anger Shows'.

I prefer some of their faster stuff, love the drum beat in it though.

The Irish radio station Phantom 105.2 played it yesterday I believe.

Able to pre-order the album now on iTunes. Release date still expected to be 12th October.

Papillon is a beast. Can't wait to hear the other songs.

Worth noting though that on iTunes you can either get the 9-track album for £6.99 or a bonus tracks version for £8.99.

I'm going to go for the latter one myself, 5 extra tracks!
