Womens ice skating the sports arbitration have found for the the Russian skater who has had a positive drugs test to be able to compete in the final which given Russias previous drugs cheating is unbelievable. But to top that the Olympic committee have decided no to present a medal at the end of the competition. What happens if the winner is someone who has a clear drugs test, the worlds run by F***ing snowflakes

Only been following the curling these games as it's one of the few night time sports there. (I think it's great - probably because it's the only sport at the games where I wouldn't end up dead at the conclusion). Love skiing, bobsleigh, skeleton, luge et but have missed much of that sadly.

Will be great to have the Winter Olympics back in the Alps in 4 years time. I don't think anyone would complain if it were held there every 4 years. Though Beijing has proven itself in the past (I thought the 2008 Summer games were mind blowingly brilliant) as a winter venue it seems a bit off. Just does not give off that wintry vibe.

Terrific seeing Eve Muirhead get her gold medal at her 4th Olympics. Heroic stuff!
