Owen's is probably the most tragic because he died at a WWF event and all those people witnessed it live. The fact they carried on with the event despite his death still holds a bitter taste with a lot of people.

I would say I still can't believe they carried on after he fell 80ft to his death,
but then I genuinely believe that Senna died at the track in '94 and they delayed
the announcement to allow the race to carry out.

Accounts of Hart's death say he never moved.
Massive blunt force trauma and death from internal bleeding.
Must have been hard for fellow competitors to go out and compete.
      Modern commercial sports....

Yeah I couldn't believe that when I read it.. Did he die instantly? I'm surprised Bret is still connected on the back of that.

As far as I know he died instantly. Fell off a zip wire like apparatus, straight onto the top rope I think. It is something he'd done before so they probably thought it would go without a hitch - how wrong they were. I know the Hart family sued the WWF because of his death and then again a couple of years ago when the WWE were releasing a DVD about the Hart Family.

According to Foley he actually sat up in the ring after he fell before losing consciousness. He died from internal bleeding in the ambulance.

Wyatt v Cena inside a steel cage? If Cena wins that then there's no point in me returning to wrestling until the day he retires. At the Royal Rumble in a match of the year candidate, Bray goes over cleanly on the current WWE Champ Daniel Bryan but can't beat Cena?   If Wyatt wins then this feud will probably run into a third and decisive pay-per-view match (are they still called that since they're all on the network now?) between the two at Payback. Wyatt has to win that as well.

Shield against Evolution. I knew the Batista/Orton angle was always going to have an Evolution storyline somewhere along the line because they constantly made reference to it. Usually they don't make reference to past tag teams/stables unless it has something to do with the current storyline. They used to do it but for some reason they don't. Like you'll never hear how Miz and R-Truth were partners or even Miz or Big Show. I think they've gotta bring Ric Flair into it at some point. Evolution was four men, he's the only one missing. I would of loved this to be at Survivor Series in a traditional elimination match but I don't think they can drag it out that long.

Looking ahead into the future, it'll be interesting to see the Money in the Bank match this year. I know it's not for a couple of months but with only one major title now, it's either gonna be overstacked with maybe 10 wrestlers or it's gonna be full of people nobody really wants to see in the main event anymore. Cena, Orton, Batista, Sheamus, Christian, Del Rio. That could easily be the six. Which begs the question, where's the next generation? Where's all three members of the Shield as all three will be WWE Champ one day in my opinion. Where's Wyatt? (especially if he wins his feud with Cena). Where's Ziggler? Where's Barrett? (who they again look like pushing). Where's Sandow/Rhodes/Titus even Rusev.

Daniel Bryan's dad has passed away.

Bryan will still be on RAW tonight, will be very emotional to say the least.

      RIP

Loved that opening beat down on Bryan by Kane.

Although I think they've gotta be careful to make Bryan look the underdog in every single feud, it'll soon become boring. But for now, it's boss seeing Kane like that again.

The ending of Triple H turning on Bryan, hitting the pedigree and allowing Orton to cash in was great in my opinion...if, and only if, it leads to Evolution reforming. But this time with Triple H playing the role Flair played first time round, Orton playing the role Triple H played and one or two of the up and coming stars playing the roles Orton and Batista did first time round.

Didn't quite work out how I wanted as it's just the original Evolution, minus Flair.

I would love it if Ambrose turns on the Shield at Extreme Rules and joins Evolution. He's a natural heel, it'd keep this feud going a little further, maybe even adding some spotlight on the US Title and it'd take Evolution back to what it's supposed to be, the evolution of wrestling. Although from a visual look, Reigns would suit Evolution better. Ambrose's slant, indie look would be shown up so much more standing beside Triple H, Orton and Batista where Reigns would just look like he was meant for it.

Pre-show mentioning that Bryan has vowed to be on RAW tonight too.

Hopefully whomever becomes the next member of Evolution is pushed the way Orton and Batista were. It really is a great way to produce a star by aligning them with established veterans.

In other news, Prince Devitt has been dropping all the titles he holds and is no longer contracted to NJPW. One can hope this means he is WWE bound.

      Jerry "mini king" Lawler
      Wee B L

Though Jerry just saying "Jerry Smaller" is a better name.
