      Have to say, I thought the Rollins/Ambrose fight was pretty tame and all in all unspectacular.

      That's probably due to the fact that it followed Owens V Cena which was a right belter of a contest. Pity they just had to have Owens roll over for golden boy though. They could have built Owens and Lesnar into a Wrestlemania moment if they'd given him the win. That said, Owens still has enough menace about him to pretty much do that regardless.

      Paige/Bella was pretty good too

      Apparently Lesnar hit some little lad with the car door he threw on last night's RAW.

      Thought RAW was boss last night overall.

      I'll try and watch Brock Lesnar when he's around but nothing else is great at the moment. Do like Kevin Owens but that's only because I used to follow ROH when I was younger and loved Steen.

      Apparently WWE have fu**ed Hulk Hogan off everything. No longer on WWE.com, won't be a judge on Tough Enough and almost certainly never to be spoke about (for the time being at least).

      From what I've read, he's gone on a racist rant somewhere throwing in the word "nigger" on more than one occasion.

      Royal Rumble tonight.

      Hopefully they don't get the route of Reigns or Triple H. Not really fussed on another Lesnar title run either. A left field pick would be my choice, finally pull the trigger on a new star. I'd like it to be Bray Wyatt but I think it's nailed on for Triple H.

      Stopped watching this for a while as it really went to sh*t. I was curious though with the brand split to see if they'd do anything new and so far it's been a surprisingly big improvement for RAW and even more so for Smackdown.

      WWE's creative ideas of new belts;

      The same F***ing design for three different titles. Absolutely F***ing mental. Can't wait for the Cruiserweight Title to be the exact same as well.

      I think it's safe to say it hasn't improved since I stopped watching it properly a year or more ago. Heard about what Lesnar did to Orton, the guy is out of control.

      I don't know what to make of Summerslam, like most people, I got sick of WWE and haven't watched for a while, then I heard about the brand split and checked in every now and then without committing to sitting down and watching either show. However the Summerslam card had me intrigued so I managed to watch the majority of it and I am very confused...

      It was all over the place, so many good moments, so many bad moments and so many "Why?" moments. It's strange that the same card that had two great matches and two huge turning points for the WWE in Styles v Cena and Rollins v Balor could be seen as a disappointment. Even the Divas matches were quality, which I know is more of the norm now, but the last PPV I watched had the usual 3 min Diva squash match, with no build and usually a Bella. Albeit that a returning Nikki winning for the heals was of no benefit for anyone.

      The Bella thing, combined with the US title "Match" and the WWE title match going on in the middle of the card all have me stumped. What was the benefit of any of those? What happens with Rusev and Reigns now? Do we just go on with no actual title defence? Could none of that have been done within the setting of a match?

      And where does Ziggler go now? You imagine Styles steps up for the title now, but what is the plan for Ziggler, they basically just confirmed everything that Ambrose said in the build up to the match, and proved that he is a glorified mid carder?

      And the Lesnar/Orton thing was terrible. Completely unnecessary, I get the idea of building Brock into this uncontrollable monster, but there are a million better ways to do that than slicing a mans head open with an elbow. I like UFC and the technicality of the sport, I'm non-plussed by the injuries as they are going to happen in combat sports. But one of the things I used to enjoy about wrestling was that the very best told the story of the match through pure wrestling ability, see Styles/Cena and Balor/Rollins from earlier. I was never into the whole blading thing and the idea of using blood as a cheap pop, but this was just such poor taste. I think the whole Shane running in thing was an on the spot call because they probably weren't getting the reaction they wanted. The crowd were chanting for Goldberg, but in truth they were chanting for absolutely anyone to come down and make the save and end the show on a cliff hanger or the usual feel good moment. That just felt weird when it finished.

      I'll probably keep an eye from a distance again to see how they move on from Summerslam but I don't think they've won back a fan by any means.
