Hopefully it won't be sold out tomorrow as I get paid on Fridays and couldn't get mine today.

Quick question, the fact ive got this friendly and the youth cup final on my fancard means F**k all when it comes to purchasing actual match tickets doesnt it?

And can someone give any advice about buying tickets from the window at the ticket office? Cos Im gonna give that a try this season.

Your right on the pre season friendlies and youth matches.  they don't count towards anything.  only EPL and CL matches count towards future games.  particularly CL.  EPL games on the fancard are useful for matches against Everton and The scum.  but there's no guarantee that the games you have on your card, will be the one the club list as a pre requisite for applying for tickets for the Everton or Scum game.

Not sure what the window sale policy is this year, but over the last few years there seems to be less and less available.  Why would the club bother when they can make loads of money by making us phone up a 1000 times only to be cut off!

Anyway, back on topic! looking forward to this one.  Hope most of the team get a run out, especially as i'm taking my 6 year old.

Just ordered my ticket and it's still showing as pending KOP/202/42/0191.  I've never been to Anfield before or tried to get tickets so can anyone tell me how long it takes for my order to be confirmed and also what's it like in this corner of the ground?

Not that I'm bothered as just being there is good enough for me.

The window sales policy will be the same as last year.

Last minute rearranged midweek game, or early rounds of a cup games the club will suddenly remember their local support and allow window sales.  Otherwise, it will be a case of not a lot.

Took 2 hours and 26 minutes, £18 of pay as you go credit, a count down from 50 in the queue and 10 minutes as number 1 to be able to finally say "I'm off to Anfield". Get in. Well pleased, been buzzing at work this afternoon. Four seat's in KOP/103. WOOHOOO!!

I just got a ticket for my 6 year old cousin and uncle they have never been before and I got them in th kop.great idea this friendly to get families all going together cause usually I have to go on my own travelling from Hertfordshire. Can't wait.

Yeah, it's my first Liverpool game of any sort so I am well pleased to get on the Kop. Been a Red for 25ish years so not bad going. Can't wait, hopefully Silva will be getting a run out.

I bought to tickets online Wednesday and they are still saying pending. Do any of you think it's ok?

Cant aford it. trying to save money for prem game as looking for a new job should be on the telly ?
