So any ideas on how the voting is going to work then?

Actually, what would be pretty cool is if say once/twice a week there is a poll added to the thread and there is for example a whole day to vote before the voting closes. Then once the person with the most votes is found out, they are evicted, the poll is deleted and a new one is added with the remaining people. How does that sound? Keeps things anonymous and interesting then too. Is that possible?
