Home made corn beef hash, with a cheese and rye bread crust on top of it; served with with baked beans and pickled cabbage. Very acceptable.

Been preparing my meals the day before all week.

Chicken wrapped with bacon. Sweet potato and sweetcorn on the side.

      Pasta and meatballs yesterday.

      Two days of tasty omelettes.

Got lazy today. Had this at lunch:

Soup for me tonight....nothing exciting but I don't mind it now and again.

Heinz Chicken & Bacon 'Big Soup'. It's pretty tasty to be fair.

I wish I could buy Yuengling lager where I live in the Midwest, but it is not available. I tried it last year when I was in Florida visiting a friend and really liked it a lot.

Having pork chops, mashed potatoes and beets for dinner tonight.

It will be fried octopus, swordfish, sardines, hake and gambas at a wee fish restaurant in town - accompanied by a very nice bottle of white Rioja.

Wife and kids can have a tomato and onion salad between them - I'm not made of money!
