You don't have to do both at the same time. It's easy. Just look what I had for my tea. That didn't take ten minutes to make that.

Do you actually want me to get food poisoning? :D

Sometimes though I dunno whether it's that I'm incapable or just way too cautious about what I'm doing.

Mate, if you think you can give yourself food poisoning frying onions, peppers and a bit of finely chopped sausage then maybe you're better off eating Pot Noodles.

Tip for you: Get the King Size ones, and you'll only need three a day. If you're on the normal sized ones you need four. Now, I know it's a bit of extra expense with the King Size ones, but buying the normal sized ones just amounts to false economy.

      You're welcome.

Basically for us Brits, a Meditaranean diet is the best option for healthy living(Spanish or Italian).Mainly because they use olive oil rather than saturated fats for cooking and include plenty of fish and vegetables. So curry once a week good, fry up once a week good, but then tone back the diet, ok in your teens/twenties as long as your active in sport you can compensate, but after that it's all downhill unless you are prepared to work very hard.
