I have not missed this and worst of all im in a queue number 4 just to speak to customer service

This new season will there still be a general sale on tickets ie. phone for tickets and a postal sale ?

Yep!  fancard holders will still be able to purchase through the general sale.  we will all still be able to hear that brief bit of music which gives you a glimmer of hope, only to have that hope crushed time and time again buy that woman telling you how busy they are and to call back later, just before she cuts you off! 

  Last time i phoned i got my tickets about 10am it was the first i got my tickets in the morning the last few times i been on the phone until 3 4 pm good feeling when the bit of music comes on and says you are 110 in the line trying to get down to the burnley game on the 12th of september got a postal applaciton has anyone used this way to get tickets and have you got tickets ?

Same but worth it if you get tickets a hole day of work to phone for tickets

and a hefty phone bill to boot.

Spent ages on their yesterday - was confused as hell when it started saying I was in the queue for Liverpool vs Arsenal tickets in Dec 2008 !! i hadnt realised I was waiting THAT long....
