I love the way Scouse is well known and can be took the piss out of in a humerous way ;D

You'd think it would be recognised straight away. A Maltese barman thought I was f*cking Russian!!

"What part of Russia are you from my friend?"

      "Walton mate."

Noticing a lot of the glory hunters non-Scousers ;) using "is right" of late.

Good to see the language of Scouse reaching all corners of the globe.

Bit unkind that mate,(that's me being polite).Let's concentrate on the gobshites who are against our manager/club, rather than people who want to feel part of the craich.Glory hunters don't bother to "integrate".

I was only taking the piss Roy mate, I know there's many on here who aren't from the beautiful city of Liverpool but certainly aren't glory hunters either.

Sure mate but I wanna come up with something surprising :P

I used to say "(someone) is boss" all the time, I never knew it was scouse before this thread, it was natural to me cause I basically learnt to speak English in Liverpool forums :D

      Is right fella.

An there's plenty of Scouse words you can start using, some that may not be familiar on here. The more Scouse in the world, the better.

Just make sure the Scouse you want to pick up does not weigh too much.

      Aye. :o

Try the Aintree 2010 thread. You'll be able to differentiate between a good Scouse catch and a bad Scouse catch in there. :D

Loving the Scouse spread across the forum though. A world full of Scousers is, well, a better world. :D

F***ing hell this thread took some finding!

Only throwing it back up there cos I've just used the word "yonks" in another thread. That's a word I don't think I've heard anywhere but Liverpool.

To be honest, I have picked up quite a few scouse words from the forum. Love the scouse accent, one of the best.

I use boss quite a bit in my Midwest American accent. I also use a few English words (mate, lad, up the Reds)
