Just gets worse and worse for them, a £35k fine for the club is hardly punishment though. Rio Ferdinand got an 8 month ban for missing a test, why is the same not happening to the players that missed them for City?

Tactical fouling has been prevelant on the continent for years. If it means a yellow then it's accepted.

you tend not to get Yellow cards for fouling high up in the oppositions half #(or it at least appears to be this way). If they committed these fouls around their own area they would be penalised more often. They take the rules to the limit and know how and when to foul with the least penalties.
Fenandhino is an expert at this and gets away with it all the time.

Guardiola fits right in there then. Everyone remembers his positive doping test in Roma.

probably but he like to protect his legacy. Next season will be much harder than this for City regardless of how they strengthen as they put out very strong teams every game. If he thinks he could fail in anyway next season and if UEFA do the right thing he could f**k off. Time will tell

Does seem like bullshit, but on another hand there could be some truth to it becuase what more can he realistically achieve at City, the CL is always dependent on a slice of luck and there are no guarantees for any club in any year and domestically there is no improvement to be made. Juventus would probably have a better chance of winning the CL than Citeh, Citeh just seem to be jinxed in it.

He just had a season that's almost unimaginable, spent a fortune of money to bring in all the talent you can fit in one side (especially on the bench) and he still only beat us by a point, and not even a sniff of old big ears.

He certainly could be thinking he may want an easier route. At Juve, he could basically boss the league while focusing full strength on the CL. At City he knows to win the league the road will be tougher. Plus I'm sure Juve will promise him a big warchest.

Likely BS but can see it happen, especially if there is any kind of punishment (ha) for City. Just finished his 3rd season with City, after 3 at Bayern and 4 are Barcelona, so timing does seem about right, plus he's already achieved everything domestically with City, back-to-back PL titles and first to do the domestic treble, so other than CL there is not much else for him to achieve with City.

Probably fancies the idea to say he's won La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League and Serie A domestic titles, which he'd do in his sleep at Juventus. On the other hand, Juve is a bit more of a project with a lot of aging stars and wouldn't have oil money to spend 200M on defenders like he did at City.

Surely the decision should be getting made soon about whether they are excluded from Europe next season. Or are they going to drag it out so they get another season in it.

Apparently they have appealed (or are about to appeal) to CAS about UEFA passing it over to their investigatory body, to prevent them being able to even pass a judgement on it. Hope UEFA hit them as hard as possible for being such little weasels over this too.

Because they're not doped up to the eyeballs...allegedly.

Just read up on the institutionalised drugs cheating that happens in Spanish sport, (including Guardiola himself) and you can't not help but be suspicious. Which is a shame for a guy who conducts himself with class most of the time in the media. Not just Guardiola - he's more a product of that culture rather than a ringleader but with the likes of Dr Segura and the Operation Puerto case it's hard not to look at Spain's club and international dominance in the late 00s and early 2010s with high suspicion. Stories such as those posted above about Man City not meeting standards on anti doping regulations only serves to heighten such paranoia and suspicion.

What with their reckless breaking of the rules and subsequent behaviour and all round lack of class surrounding the FFP probe, who's to say that Man City don't take such deceitful and corrupt behaviour onto the field?

Reading some of this sh*te is unbelievable. Basically saying how sh*t we are https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/liverpool-thread-2019-20.340822/

Comments about TAA overhyped and crap, some even questions VVDs ability 🙈

They really are a bunch of cu*ts. Liverpool have done the right way, a proper club that has been conquering Europe and fans in every corner of the globe.

City are just a bunch of cu*ts that have spent billions using dodgy money but still can’t get to a semi final in Europe.
