Nico Rosberg used to be my favourite driver! He took a picture with me in 2006 when my dad first took me to a race, so I started supporting him, but I've just all my respect for him. The way he acted after Lewis won the championship... is he a child or what? Come on! If I were Nico, I'd congratulate Lewis. He's a better driver, end of... Nico is very quick but not quick enough to be WC material! He tries to smile and act cool but in the end he acts like a lil child because he just can't accept the fact that Lewis is better than him.

Is 'Crofty' pissed? He just said that Rosberg's performance today is suggesting that he isn't the 2nd choice driver and has enough in him to be number 1 :lmao:

      Nico is very fast.
4 poles in the last 4 races.
He needs to win when it matters though.

Lack of concentration when most needed eludes Rosberg, Lewis knows if he is behind Rosberg on the track he can apply the pressure and force Niko into errors.

Like someone said before, Nico is a very quick driver. He's good enough to win championships in my opinion, his problem is that: it's not all about speed. It takes charisma and big ego to become a champion.

Far too often Nico has made unforced errors in the lead.

Which leads me to still question Nico as a number 1/Championship winning calibre driver.

      Needs to be more ruthless.
Accept that going toe to toe with Lewis will make him unpopular in sections.
      Revel in it.

It was far from a classic today's Brazilian Grand Prix (shame - that race and those fans deserve better) but another sublime display of race craft from Max Verstappen once again! That move on Perez - awesome!

Eddie Jordan is right - this guy possesses the sort of skill that maybe only Senna and Schumacher have shown in the last 30 years!

its a bit boring now as Hamilton is on holiday Nico thinks he has turned into a world beater and Button and Alonso would rather be anywhere than behind a wheel of aMcClaren.

It has turned into something like that hasn't it.

With regards to McLaren - let's remember that Honda made a f**king meal of their last couple of years in F1 before their return this year. The 2007 and 2008 Honda cars that Jenson drove (and then they famously pulled the plug and were only saved by Brawn) were utter dog sh*t to drive. I remember they got some charlatan motorbike designer to design those cars and we got Jenson trailing at the back, more or less where he is now. They don't have a clue what they're doing and their incompetence has provided Jenson with at least 3 wretched seasons in f1.

No credit to Ron Dennis either. The guy hasn't made a good call for at least 15 years.

Stunning driving that you don't see all the time these days in F1.

Incredible talent. Also being lined up for a seat at Ferrari in two seasons time according to Eddie Jordan - he's not often wrong that guy!

Wasted far too many years of his career at below par teams. Think he will end up being remembered for what could have been.

Won his 2nd, and last, title ten years ago.
Didn't think we'd be here saying that was where it ended.
Timing is everything in F1. No doubt he regrets not going to Red Bull.

Hard to believe it's been 10 years since he won a title.

Among the top five natural drivers currently in F1 I'd say.

He's relentless, but his timing when it comes to teams is awful.
