Anybody else got there tix through who bought on members sale last week? I'm starting to get worried!!!

I spoke to a lady at customer services and apparantely were using our members cards as our tickets only if u get your ticket on the members sale. She said we will get letters like the people in the pts last season.

Im really worried about my stoke tickets.  I got them last tuesday through the online members sale and here we are nearly 2 weeks later and nothings arrived which is quite worrying because there normally really quick when delivering them out.

And if it is the members card you have to use i still havent received mine through the post, i bought it like 4 weeks ago and it still hasnt come. I cant turn up at the stoke game with no ticket and no membership card

No tickets will arrive but id assume that the receipt will come at some point, prolly best ringing the club mate and ask what would happen?

Well when i bought the Stoke Tickets it said that membership must have been purchased before a certain date, im assuming so they have enough time to send your membership out so im hoping it comes sometime next week.

In any case if it isn here by monday i will be calling them to ask them what i should do

Ok it now says on the website that receipts for this game are being posted early next week

Ive not received my membership pack but i got my card last year so not a problem, as i say id ring them and check mate if your so worried

I rang them about an hour ago and they told me that i would have my membership pack by the end of next week at the latest. They said to me that if i had not received it by next friday to ring them back instantly so ill just have to see what happens.

1. Bring your seat confirmation letter and Members Card to the match - you'll need both to gain entry to the stadium. Remember: if you do not bring your Members Card and seat confirmation, you will not be able to gain entry.

2. On arrival please have your Members Card in hand.

3. At each Turnstile, you will see a reader. Place your card within the mouth of the reader. It does not matter which way up or which way round, your card is inserted in to the mouth of the reader.

4. The reader will read your card, and instantly verify that:

Your card is a valid card and is valid for today's game
Confirm you are in the correct stand
Whether or not the card belongs to an adult or concession
On verifying that all is in order, the reader will display the appropriate lights based on the following traffic light system:
Green only is a valid adult for today's game
Green and Amber is a valid concession for today's game
Red indicates there is an error and you must approach a steward
No lights also indicates an error or inactive card, please approach a steward
5. On seeing a green light, or green and amber please proceed to enter. (Turnstile operators will be there to assist you.)

6. Please wait for the supporter in front of you to pass through the turnstile before presenting your card to the reader.

Note - Parents / guardians please be careful to ensure that only one card at a time is inserted in to the mouth of the reader. If you are a family group, please take care to ensure that one card is entered and that the season ticket holder is through the turnstile before presenting the next card to the reader.

Last year i bought ticket with membership card and i have no problems to go on the match. I didnt have any members card check up...The ticket this year isnt enought?
