Mine too Si, his music will live on forever, he did some brilliant stuff, one of the most magical memories was 'Live Aid' WOW, how awesome was Freddie that day, he had the whole of Wembley eating out of his hand, I will never forget that day.
       George is just a legend...

I wouldn't call myself a Queen fan but I've watched the Live Aid performance on YouTube many times. It's unrivalled. Greatest frontman/singer of them all. Caught bits of the documentary last night but will have to watch the whole thing.

And agree about George Michael as well. He could sing any song in the world and make heighten it's beauty. There's a cover of him doing The Long and Winding Road on YouTube and its amazing.

Hahaha. Reminds me of Futurama episode where Fry is changing channels constantly and then says, 5000 channels only 23 have something good on it.

Watched Escape from Dennemora on Sky (all episodes are available). Great bit of telly with the planning and subsequent things that happen.

Highly recommended if you love prison drama with escape planning & execution. I love prison drama & escape stuff. Really good acting & story.

      Just turned on SPOTY.

Gareth Southgate winning Coach of the Year on Sports Personality right now.

      I sh*t you not

edit: Oh f**king hell - and the England team just won Team of the Year.  :lmao:

edit: Emma Raducanu thankfully wins the main thing. Though at the rate it was going I wouldn't have been surprised if it was rigged in favour of Sterling

Masked Singer... Michael Owen, would you believe, most certainly dressed as a doughnut and bringing the house down.

Words I never thought I'd ever type.

      Snatch on ITV 4 now.

Haven't seen this in a while and must watch it once a year.

Guy Ritchie at his best and also Jason Statham's best role for me.

Visually stunning, but let down by the suffocating overly moralistic dialogue. The story, what there was of it was so thin as to be transparent. Sorry but for me this was emotionally vacuous and tiresome....as I say it looked lovely.

      woah controversial

I see Call the Midwife continues in its same misandrist theme, most all women are great, most all men are cu*ts
I was sure McGann was going to be written out to make way for a young female Doc but seeing as hes
married to the producer, that little feminist update can wait

Early Doors double bills on Saturday on BBC 4. Get it on iplayer. Just perfect. Northern working class comedy at its best.

I missed this when it first aired and could never find it anywhere.

Heard it was being replayed a few weeks back and set a reminder so I didn't miss it.

Watched the first two last week. Loved it
