I recently watched a video of Suso in the U19s Championship and he has Xabi-esque qualities about him. We'll be very lucky indeed if he turns out as good and makes the grade at LFC.

Exciting times hopefully.

And I agree about Xabi's influence on other players if he came back. He's a model professional and a great example for other, younger players to follow.

I've watched Suso in the rezzies a few times but it was the same clip you mention mate (U19s) and another in his player thread that made me think the same, he can ping the ball cross field onto a sixpence and seems to have an excellent eye. If he's willing and Brendan sees it in him I'm sure he'll go down that road, mouthwatering to say the least.

Xabi always never had pace but he's got that brain that will last him longer than players who just rely on strength, stamina and pace.

Just read an article about whether fan power could bring him back and it raised the question of Xabi coming here in a straight swap for Dagger.

We've signed Joe Allen and talks of getting Sahin, I highly doubt we'll be signing Alonso. Unfortunately
