               Henderson    Adam
even though it was due to lucas's and gerrards injury, there was still one weak link in the names of adam and henderson

we might see a funny ending to the "alonso return to LFC" saga. sahin on a permanent at the end of the season, preferred by the fans over alonso returning! finally we step forward past one of the biggest things we kept looking back and mourning, the loss of alonso. if we finally replaced alonso with sahin should he be a success, it would be poetic.

This doesn't surprise me in the slightest. I had the pleasure of meeting him about 11 years ago when I was in high school. My school took part in a tournament in Liverpool and Alonso was a guest. He's comfortably one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I was so gutted when he left, what a bargain he was.

He always was a Liverpool type player understated and incredibly gifted and a decent human being. Stick two  Alonso's in your team and you have a winning team.
