About to go on this for the first time in a long time.

Not sure why I never fully got into GTA IV. Just felt like there was something missing.

Another reason could be that I got stuck on a couple of missions too of course!

Ive been plaing it a bit lately - but have done no missions at all, just shooting a bunch of sh*t Nothing like etting on this while highly drunk and blowin up stuff. It does seem to lack something the previous games had, but still a brilliant game in its own right, they just set the bar real high with the previous games.

In fact. Im drunk now. Im gonna play!

I put a 100% completion save file on my PS3 but the game doesn't recgonise it when I go on...

Not beating Vice City or San Andreas for building a little empire though. They need that type of stuff back!

I deleted my save game thinking that might be the reason why. I will have to start from scratch now!

Before, I was stuck on the mission where you've gotta get c**e from the old hospital and the job interview one.

Yesterday, I had a crack at the old hospital one and I was very close to doing it superbly without getting shot once. (I circled round the building using a sniper and then I shot through tiny gaps in the windows. I had three guys left to kill and I killed myself by accident by throwing a cocktail which didn't go as far as intended. Then again, once you've obtained the drugs don't you get ambushed/chased?

Not beating Vice City or San Andreas for building a little empire though. They need that type of stuff back!

Actually loved these 2 games! Should bring out a PS3 version of them.

Has there been anything on a new GTA for PS3?

Propper hate GTA IV!!! Everywhere is dead dark, played on it like 5 times in a year, propper waste of 40£!!

I LOVED those. Especially Vice City, dunno why but that game just oozed coolness, the whole 80's feel. Felt like Tony Montana in Scarface Nothing beat doing a drive-by with Flock of Seagulls blasting on the radio

On Vice City i used to love getting the motorbikes and trying to make it onto the roofs by going up them ramps that are in the alley way's.

Solid game. Still one of the best games on any console and will get hours of playtime.

Actually, i might go and have a whip on it now.

It is a great game - it's just that Vice City / San Andreas were that groundbreaking and original it was always going to be difficult to beat them in terms of appeal.

I just found San Andreas more fun somehow.

I loved Vice City,  just that whole Miami Vice feeling, 80's music, loved it. Cruising the streets while listening to those cheesy 80's lovesongs, fantastic

The 80's cheese was a belter on Vice City. And I don't remember specific songs on San Andreas but there was some good'uns.

Not beating Smashing Pumpkins - 1979 as a driving song on GTA IV though.

I go to another place when that comes on.

Can't beat just going around around and beating people up on GTA IV. Nutting people at the cash machine.

Been trying to get all the trophies for this game.

Killed 200 pigeons in 3 days! On the way to complete the 50 stunt jumps and my, they are difficult because there is always a possibility of not succeeding.

Beating the tetris-like game's high score and getting three strikes in a row are difficult as well.

Online on this is brutal. Getting my arse handed to me at times

I'm that guy who just runs about blasting, everyone else are F***ing pussies that sit on buildings with a rocket launcher

Getting owned on this. But loving it all the same

F**k I hate the guys who just pop about in choppers the whole time though!
