The next 2 weeks would be fine Debs love,Mum's ok in herself since her 'Big C' diagnosis but the cancer is treatable with drugs and seeing as she's 86 and a chain smoking asthmatic the doc's said her breathing would 'do her in' before the Cancer !

They're known as bilberries round our way mate, top of the hill at the back of where I grew up was covered in them every summer.  Can't remember the last time there were so many blackberries though, unless people just don't pick them nowadays.  Fabulous crop of hazelnuts this year too, if I get to them before the squirrels  ;)

You can't beat natures larder, fresh and free  ;D

Had my wimberries in the week, made a nice tart too, lush with ice cream.

A couple of our closest friends had a new baba a couple of days ago.  Obviously the missus has already met her but I, shamefully, was out having a game of golf when she got the call to visit so I'm making amends by seeing them tomorrow!

She will seem tiny compared to our now four month old!

Not half as suprised as her mate

In fact if you had untied her at all  or let her out the basement in the last 15 years she would have called the police

       :D

      Congrats mate
