Having unfortunately been on one of these courses, I'd say the majority are like that, bar one or two.

They made me go on one after I finished my english degree because I was living at my Mum's and not working while I wrote my novel. On one of the days they took the girls to get their nails done, and sent all the lads to play footie. WTF?

Watching this on the plus one channel now. That woman is horrid! You were dead right!! I don't know whether to laugh me arse off or punch me telly!

Absolutely cringeing at this, if she spoke to me like that, I'd lamp her one !! 

And when the big boss is there they all say how f***in great she is, and then she schmoozes up to the boss and ends up earning loads of money for being a condescending bi*ch.
