Obviously, we need to bounce back. Not a good start to the season by any means. We should pressure them from the very start, just as we did against Stoke last week. I think we should take a more offensive approach. If we get an early goal, we can surely go on to win by a larger margin.

Last years games resulted in the maximum points taken. Liverpool beat Bolton at the Reebok in November, after headers either side of the break from Dirk Kuyt and Steven Gerrard. The return boxing day fixture saw the Reds come out 3-0 winners at Anfield. This time the goalscorers were Riera, and Robbie Keane with a brace.

Bolton sit equal last on 0 points from 2 games, losing both games 1-0 to Hull and Sunderland, while Liverpool sit mid-table on 3 points from 3 games.

The Reds surely need to get their season back on track to maintain any hopes of the Premier League title this season. I predict a 4-0 win, with goals from Torres (2), Gerrard and Benayoun. I would like to see a more attacking formation, with new boy Krygiakos also handed his first run.

I'm happy for us to play the same line up as we did. Maybe Riera in for Benayoun who can revert to be being used as an impact substitute if needed. Didn't do enough for me on Monday did Benny.

Well we need a win obviously but for me we also need a convincing win not loads of goals but loads of chances we need to rip Bolton apart to get confidence back to a high. Team line up for me would be

Surely Kuyt is one of our better headers of a ball and with it being Bolton needs to play?

Think thats another reason Reira should come in and start, just give us bit more height at set pieces both ends of the pitch

Had that score in my head since yesterday so i might visit Mr Boylesports and throw a tener on it.

0-2 I reckon. Goals from Riera and Stevie.

I'll be missing this game as it's my daughter's first birthday.

This will be a huge game so early in the season, so everyone give an extra cheer to make up for it.

I'd just put Riera in for Benny and leave it at that.

PLease don't put Voronin in the team squad Rafa ! let him sell ice cream or summat but not football ,Riera deserves a game or two and i think he would be perfect in that role on the left and put Gerrard deeper ,i'd be content with a 3-0, but would take 1-0 just to get a win

Bolton has a quality defender in Gary Cahill but overall they dont look strong. Three points is all I could ever expect.

Think the lads will take what Rafa has said to heart and give a good performance 3-1

After monday night i am slighty worried! though not to the extent that the red tops are claiming!!!!

Even though we had some appalling stages on monday night we just had absolutely no luck whatsoever!!! Hopefully this is us getting all the badness out of the tubes now & we will be up & running after the Bolton game!
