Opera doesn't have that either :(

Got a sweet LFC desktop thing to keep abreast with news though.

      Here's the thing.

I click on the desktop icon to go in firefox and browse the web but it says an existing firefox is already running and won't open another window, even though firefox isn't up.

Restarted the computer and ended all processes that connect to firefox but it still won't work and I'm Internet-less and have to use my iPod.

Any suggestions as to way I can do to get firefox working again?

I think I had a similiar problem before.

Try right clicking on the icon then click open file location, then a folder should open and there should be an icon called firefox.exe or firefox depending on your settings. Right-click that file and rename it firefoxfix (leave the .exe there if it appears), then see if it works.

OK I just googled it and found apparently you need to delete a file called 'parent.lock'. To get to this folder you need to go to 'C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles' and there should be a folder with a bunch of random letters and numbers .default, double-click that and the parental.lock file will be in there. Then just delete it and bobs your uncle.
