You know what's really irritating, when the 49'ers started moving the ball, it was all passes in the middle of the field. They did not want Purdy throwing to the boundaries. And somehow our coaching staff could not figure that out. Had we forced their receiver's wide or bracketed them with inside help, likely they would have never been able to drive down the field.

Unfortunately Dak's salary cap hit will keep them from being able to deal him away so he is going to be a Cowboy for the foreseeable future. Which means I'm going to continue to be a nonchalant Cowboys fan for the foreseeable future. My interest really started to wane when they got rid of Romo so unceremoniously. Romo with a bad back would have destroyed San Fran last night. Dak just doesn't have it.

Actually I think you see this season that his skills are deteriorating. It's the first season where he's looked really vulnerable. Cowboys are stuck with Dak, at least they sent Kellen Moore packing.

Next year is Super Bowl or bust for McCarthy so it will be interesting to see if we bring in any players to help make it a Dak friendly offense.

Yea mate you can really see the decline in Tom this season and even into last. Was more in jest than anything.

For me Prescott has all the tools but his ability to find an interception out of nowhere leaves him way below the top QB in football.

Prescott's good when he's got the benefit of pass blocking and a functioning running game. If either of those things aren't working, he's toast (as would a lot of QBs, but still).

The contract to Zeke was a huge mistake as well in my opinion.

I was completely against signing him. Hardly ever do you see teams commit to RBs these days. Just draft the next guy and let him play out his rookie contract. Rinse and repeat.

I hope they don't try to keep Pollard. But it is Jerry Jones so I'm guessing he will make him the highest paid running back ever.

Agree. To use that much of the salary budget on him is madness.
