      Scum

I've always said Quadrophenia and The Great Escape are me favourite films of all times, but Scum is as good as either.

If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do because it's quality from start to finish. It gives you a look into life in a borstal, how it can be for lads of that age and how different lads react to life in the borstal.

The cast is perfect with the lead being played by Ray Winstone. The acting is top notch.

Quality film, a must see in my opinion.

Was wondering for a minute why there was a Man Utd thread on this board.

Fantastic film - up there with the best.

You gotta love Ray Winstone - anyone seen Love, Honour and Obey?  Another great film of his.

Saw this when it was first released it was boss then and it just got bigger Ray Winstone was never that young was he?
Saw Love,Honour and Obey that was good as well - it's excellent the way Winstone has matured but his acting is as sharp and convincing as ever.
