The better team won and deservably so, we were absolutely shocking tonight. I was ever relieved to hear that final whistle, the score line could have been a complete blow out too many players didnt turn up tonight and England just had too much quality across the park.
Congrats yet again for qualifying and good luck in Africa.

Couldn't believe the result, I didn't know England was capable of putting in a performance of the highest quality. I was half an hour from watching the game but I fell asleep waiting for it
because they were playing at 3am here.
Congratulations to England, well and fully deserved result. Capello has turned around England's fortunes. Under the McClaren era it was one of the bleakest periods, I remember watching on holiday that 3-2 loss to Croatia and they were dire, they were clueless all round. Now about 2 and a half years later, England has done themselves proud with this stunning victory over Croatia.
A bunch of fantastic players who couldn't gel, but under Capello so far they've looked like the real deal. I think they've just regained a place in my heart, but as a preference up there with Spain, rather than support
