Barrow now have a home game on Saturday to Eastbourne...then a home game to Histon on Monday...and then away to Forest Green on Wednesday...CRAZY!!!

Lancaster City lost in the playoff finals today at home in front of 1000 people to an 88th minute penalty. Beyond gutted.

96 points and we lose to a team who finished 21 points below us. Gutted. Another year in this sh*t league...

Massive Massive BIG CONGRATS to Fleetwood Town today !!!!!
After 'winning' the league over 42 games, to having to finish second after Farsley Celtic dropped out of the league, thus 6 points off the total and 2 games played less.

Fleetwood have WON promotion to the Blue Square Premier (Conference League to you and me) after beating Alferton Town in the play off final 2 - 1.

That means (I think) 5 promotions in the last 7 seasons (could be 6 in 8 ?).

A crowd of 3,578 were there today, and 9,500 in the last 3 home games. Amazing numbers for a side in a league 2 leagues below league status.
Yet again Abbey Clancy was there again (last 3 games) to watch her brother Sean play. (Even Crouchy was down last weekend !!)

To add to the celebrations today, Adam Warlow (young clinical striker) and Sean Clancy (tricky pacey winger) were selected for the England C side.

The Town will be buzzing tonight, shame I missed the match due to working
